Question 1

We only need a website. Do we have to take the rest?

Accepted Answer

No. Most people start with one thing. The point of RENXW is that when you later need SEO, campaigns or a way to track clients, it is the same team on the same system — not a new supplier who needs onboarding from scratch.

Question 2

How is this different from hiring an agency and a developer separately?

Accepted Answer

Coordination. With separate suppliers, the developer does not know what the marketer changed, nobody owns the follow-up, and you are the project manager whether you wanted to be or not. Here there is one point of contact and one record of the work.

Question 3

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope, and we would rather scope it than quote blind. Projects are fixed-price where the work is definable and retainer-based where it is ongoing. You get the number before anything starts, and we tell you which parts you do not need yet.

Question 4

Who owns the website and the accounts?

Accepted Answer

You do — domain, hosting, analytics, ad accounts and content. Everything is set up in your name from the start. If we ever part ways you keep working without us.

Question 5

Do you actually build with AI, or just talk about it?

Accepted Answer

Build with it. Automations that triage enquiries, read documents and chase follow-ups, and custom tools written with AI in the loop. We will also tell you when a problem does not need AI — a spreadsheet and a calendar reminder solve more than people admit, and they cost nothing to run.

Question 6

What is a “vibe-coded” app, and should that worry me?

Accepted Answer

It means the code is written fast, with AI doing a lot of the typing. The fair worry is that it gets abandoned or falls over. Ours is reviewed, tested and handed to you in your own repository with the accounts in your name — so if you never speak to us again it keeps running. Speed is the point; disposability is not.

Question 7

What is RENXW CRM, and do we have to use it?

Accepted Answer

It is our own platform for managing customers, leads, projects, tasks and follow-ups in one place. It is included for clients we run ongoing work with, and it is optional — if you already have a CRM that works, we will work with that instead.

Question 8

How quickly does anything actually happen?

Accepted Answer

A scoping conversation, then a written proposal. Build work typically goes live in three to six weeks. Paid campaigns can move within days of the assets being ready. SEO is a months-long channel and we will not pretend otherwise.
